Upon completion of the registration, please note that a follow-up survey will be sent to your email requiring some more information. We ask that participants avoid packing common allergens like nuts in their lunches. All participants with allergens should notify staff. All participants with Epipens and inhalers are required to bring this with them to program, and should notify staff as to where this is kept.
