As the Director of Partnerships & Development for the Brampton Honey Badgers, Andrew specializes in fostering strong community ties and championing partnerships that create lasting value for both the organization and its supporters.

With over a decade of experience in sales, service, and team development, Andrew has previously held progressive roles with the Vancouver Bandits, where he led record-breaking attendances and helped build the franchise in British Columbia. Now back in Ontario, he brings his collaborative leadership style and results-driven mindset to the Honey Badgers.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information & Technoculture from Western University and a postgraduate certificate in Sports Business Management from Humber College, where he graduated with top honours and received academic awards for excellence and leadership.

Beyond his professional achievements, Andrew is known for his infectious enthusiasm: you'll always find him cheering the loudest for his team, his colleagues, and his partners.
