HONEY BADGERS VERSUS SHOOTING STARS RESCHEDULED TO JULY 31

Friday evening’s Canadian Elite Basketball League game between the Scarborough Shooting Stars and Brampton Honey Badgers has been postponed due to issues with the installation of the playing court at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre that created a safety hazard for players and officials. 


The game has been rescheduled for Monday, July 31 at 7:30 p.m. at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre in Scarborough. 


Fans holding tickets for Friday’s game may use them for the rescheduled game on Monday or request a refund by contacting the Shooting Stars at info@scarboroughshootingstars.ca. Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will be contacted by Ticketmaster with an option to receive a refund if they are unable to attend the game on Monday.

About the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) 

A league created by Canadians for Canadians with a mission to develop Canadian players, coaches, sports executives, and referees, the CEBL boasts the highest percentage of Canadian players of any pro league in the country with 71 percent of its 2022 rosters being Canadian.
