The Hamilton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Friday that they have re-signed 11-year vet Kyle Johnson. “Kyle has a wealth of international experience. He’s a former Olympian and a true professional in every sense of the word,” said general manager Jermaine Anderson. “His positive attitude, approach to the game and willingness to work is contagious to say the least. Kyle is a proven outside threat and the quintessential team player. We’re definitely looking forward to having him as a member of the Honey Badger family once again this season.”

The Toronto native is a seasoned vet having played for 17 teams around the world since graduating from Long Island University in 2011. Through 275 total games, Johnson has a career average of 11.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 22.8 minutes per game.
