“Joining the city’s professional basketball team is an exciting moment for Zochem,” said Zochem President & CEO Mohit Sharma. “We’re happy to get the opportunity to promote the importance of Zinc Oxide and our manufacturing processes during School Day this year. It’s very important for the youth to understand that there are organizations out there working hard to manufacture the goods they use every day in a responsible manner to protect the environment and their future.”

Zochem is the largest dedicated producer of Zinc Oxide in North America. Their product goes into the manufacturing of everything from tires to alternative batteries, and they do so using something called the ‘French Process’, which boasts a highly efficient, low-CO2-emission undertaking.

“Continuing to partner with local businesses, especially one as admirable and integral as Zochem, is exactly the steps the Honey Badgers are trying to make as we enter our fourth season in Brampton,” said Honey Badgers President Saud Juman.

The Brampton Honey Badgers will begin their season with two home games on Friday, May 15 and Sunday, May 17 versus the Ottawa BlackJacks and Calgary Surge, respectively. Click
