HONEY BADGERS, GAME6 SPORTS ACADEMY AGREE TO OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP
The Brampton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Tuesday that Game6 Sports Academy has come on board as an official partner of the franchise.
Game6 Sports Academy is a world class athletic facility that offers programs designed to develop fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and a love for the game of basketball. They run programming at the house and rep levels, as well as training programs and clinics year-round for both girls and boys.
“This is an exciting new venture for us,” said Game6 Sports Academy Youth Program Coordinator Jasraj Lachnar. “The Honey Badgers have established themselves as a primary hub for professional sports in the GTA, and we are thrilled to have put together an official partnership with them. Integrating them into our academy and having the opportunity to bring our members and their families to games is something we cannot wait to execute on.
As part of this official partnership, Game6 Sports Academy will don the Honey Badgers logo on their jerseys beginning in January of 2027. They will also have the opportunity to bring their members out to games throughout the season and have them involved in Honey Badgers group experiences.
Honey Badgers coaches will also host clinics for Game6’s coaches and volunteers to educate them on their experience and how to take their skills to the next level.
“Game6 Sports is exactly the kind of basketball academy and community that we want to be growing with,” said Honey Badgers President Saud Juman. “Any opportunity that comes around to get the youth involved at our games is something we need to take advantage of, and we are thrilled to do exactly that with Game6 and welcome them and their members to the Honey Badgers family.”
